I called Logitech too, but they are no longer manufacturing these headphones. So instead of replacing it, they want me to ship the whole thing to them, along with my receipt, and they’ll refund the purchase amount. If you don’t have a receipt, they give $49. The do not pay for shipping. Still, that’s not a bad way to handle it.
