You can go through all of them or just click Delete All when you’re lazy. (I tend to get lazy when I see over 100 caught since my last deletion).

Near the top of that page, it’ll show:
Akismet has caught xxxx spam for you since you installed it.

The amount not caught is just an ongoing count that I have.
