It goes throu WebEx and requires installation of some software which at that point I decided to stop.

RayAlome has also pointed out that the newer versions of AIM no longer support Direct Connect (Triton and Pro). You seem to still be able to initiate the direct connect with an older client to a newer client, but images you send across appear as an image that’s unable to load in IE. I’m guess this is their way of combatting scripts and viruses that get released through AIM.
