The milk lasts for about two weeks, but you have keep it cold, by keeping in the back of the fridge and lowering the fridge temp.

Another thing, raw milk becomes sour, but pasteurized milk becomes rancid. You have throw out rancid milk, but sour milk to still useable.

I read that you work for Microsoft, but I don’t know where you live. If you work at Microsoft HQ, then you can purchase raw milk at the Whole Foods in Bellevue.

I know this because my friend worked in the dairy department at an upscale grocery store in Houston.
