Just watched Wallace & Gromit – Curse of the Were-Rabbit. IMDB users give it a rating of 8.1. You can watch the trailer here. I thought the movie was rather fun and enjoyable, much more than I expected. I’ve never watched Wallace and Gromit before, yet I wonder if all of their works is this interesting.

So as I stated, this was the 1st Wallace and Gromit show I’ve ever watched and I was pretty impressed. Storyline was pretty simple. You have a couple consisting of a man who’s an inventor and a dog who worries and takes car of this guy. They’re into the rodent capturing business after coming up with clever name called Anti-Pesto. It’s like a burgular alarm system, but instead of protecting your house, it’s protecting your vegetables against rodents. Pretty advance system it appears.
There’s a side love story with Lady Tottington, but there’s not much to describe there.
The story really starts when Wallace was trying to brainwash the rabbits. They’re too kind to kill the rabbits, but they can’t release it back into the wild, so they take care of it like pets. Suddenly Wallace gets a bright idea after being tipped off by Lady Tottington that you can’t change their nature. So he attempts to brainwash the rabbit, but something horribly goes wrong (something always does, doesn’t it). He accidentally reverses the brainwashing machine.
The story continues where it appears one of the bunnies turns gigantic under a full moon and Wallace and Gromit go about hunting it. All the towns people are in a chaos because it appears they have nothing to do besides worry about their precious vegetables and this giant were-rabbit was destroying everyone’s vegetables.
The story continues as Wallace and Gromit work as a teach, followed by a twist which was sort of expected and the finale. Storyline as I stated wasn’t much, but it was really fun and enjoyable.
For some reason, the rabbits didn’t look that cute, but acted awfully cute!
